Easy and quick to attach or remove the top mount by just pushing the release red collar down on the Quick Release Adapters. Allows for mounting any light with a 5/8" baby mount or by using the 1/4"-20 threads on the top of the stud. Top mounts can easily be swapped out while working with the 2 different quick release adapters.
